Mr. Jesse N. C. Leung, Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and Certified Tax Adviser, is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He has over 40 years of professional experience including 8 years as a partner with SGV and KMG Byrne. SGV was then the largest independent accounting organization in Asia. His experience so far has covered all aspects of taxation, auditing, company secretarial practice, management consultancy and corporate finance. Mr. Leung is the managing director of the Practice.

Mr. Dominic W. F. Puen, Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and Certified Tax Adviser, is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a member of The Certified General Accountant's Association of Canada and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Mr. Puen obtained his qualifications while working with a "Big 4" accounting firm in Hong Kong, and has over 30 years of professional experience in the areas of accounting, auditing, taxation and insolvency. Mr. Puen is a director of the Practice.

Miss Alice Y. K. Lo, is a fellow member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries) and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), holding Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional dual designations. She is also a degree holder in accountancy. She has over 30 years of professional experience in company secretarial practice and insolvency including those from a "Big 4" accounting firm and the largest provider of corporate secretarial services in Hong Kong. Miss Lo is a director of Apex Corporate Services Limited.
